Increasing the Actionability of Patient Satisfaction Information for Managers

This pilot study is assessing the current usefulness and actionability of patient satisfaction data received by managers. The goal is to provide information to clinical and administrative decision makers that can be more readily used in utilizing patient satisfaction data. This on-going project is in the process of developing new management dashboards for nursing unit managers. These dashboards contain data from multiple sources.
