CHCQ Fellows

The following individuals have participated in Intermountain Healthcare's (IHC) Advanced Training Program (ATP). This is either a 10-day or 20-day training program that trains health care professionals who will teach, implement and investigate quality improvement, outcome measurement and management of both clinical and non-clinical processes. CHCQ Fellows are active participants in PI-LDP either as advisors to projects, lecturers, or executive sponsors.

One CHCQ Fellow stated, about the ATP experience:

"I feel like the whole experience was transforming for me professionally. I am less likely to jump into a project but reflect on whether this is THE project to work on at this time. My planning for solutions, which used to be jumping right in with a solution, is lengthier with good ideas not lost, many ideas sometimes utilized together or in succession, and with the help of experts (those close to the problem)."
